The plan was to get a few laughs from patients and colleagues. What he didnโt expect? Helping a woman give birth while looking like Gothamโs most wanted.

Brittany Selph wasnโt due until the following Sunday. But on Halloween morning, her water unexpectedly broke. Despite the surprise, she and her husband Justin Selph didnโt rush to the hospital right away they made sure their two kids, Brenden and McKinley, got to enjoy their Halloween parties first.
By 12:30 PM, they arrived at the hospital and were greeted byโฆ the Joker.
