Brittany Selph wasn’t due until the following Sunday. But on Halloween morning, her water unexpectedly broke. Despite the surprise, she and her husband Justin Selph didn’t rush to the hospital right away they made sure their two kids, Brenden and McKinley, got to enjoy their Halloween parties first.
